Georgina Mary Skues
Unrecorded 19th Century Artist

Undertakes research into obscure and forgotten artists, sometimes those who may have only the briefest of entries in a dictionary, or perhaps those who may not be listed at all in order to reclaim and document their lives. Also interested in the lives of late 19th and early 20th Century Women Artists, about several of whom he has written.

On a number of occasions the picture research undertaken has enabled clients to meet the descendants of an artist or relatives and in some cases possibly to acquire paintings from the family.
